Old Fashioned
2 oz bourbon, 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp simple), 2 dashes Angostura, orange peel. Stir over ice.
Moscow Mule
2 oz vodka, 0.5 oz lime, 4 oz ginger beer. Copper mug, lime.
Margarita
2 oz tequila, 1 oz lime, 0.75 oz Cointreau, 0.25 oz agave. Salt rim.
Aperol Spritz
3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz Aperol, 1 oz soda. Wine glass, orange.
Virgin Mojito
Lime, mint, simple, soda. All the fresh, none of the rum.

Do we really buy our own alcohol?
Yes — and it's the reason hosts save 30–50% on the bar. We send an exact shopping list based on your guest count, and you keep whatever's left over.
How many bartenders do we need?
On Classic, plan on one bartender per roughly 50 guests. We'll recommend the right number and we won't upsell one you don't need.
What if the party runs long?
Extra service hours are an easy add-on at $75 per bartender per hour, and can be added on the night if we're able.
