Application & screen
Every applicant gives us experience, references and BASSET status. We call the references. Most applications stop here.

Background check
Non-negotiable. We're sending someone into your home or your venue — we know exactly who we're sending.

BASSET certification
Illinois-required responsible-service certification, current and on file. If a strong candidate isn't certified yet, we put them through it.

Paid audition shift
They work a real event beside a lead bartender before they ever run a bar for you. Speed, cleanliness, and how they handle a guest who's had enough.

Training to our standard
Our setup, our cocktail library, batching and garnish prep, timing the rush, and the hospitality details — greeting by name, never letting a glass sit empty on the bar.

Tiering & review
Provisioner, Craftsman, Master. Every event gets reviewed. Top tiers earn more and get first pick of the calendar; the standard never drops.

Arrival Guarantee
A vetted bartender shows up, on time, every time. We hold an on-call bench so a no-show is our problem to solve, not yours.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If service isn't up to the standard on this page, tell us within 48 hours. We credit the service portion of your event — the defined remedy, in writing, not a maybe.
Certified & Insured
Every bartender is BASSET-certified and background-checked, and covered under our liability insurance. Certificates go to your venue on request.
