Concierge is full delegation. We place and pick up the liquor order, bring the walnut-and-copper bar and real glassware, staff a lead bartender and barback, and run the bar timeline with your planner. You approve the menu and then think about it exactly zero more times.

Manhattan
2 oz rye, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura. Stir, up, brandied cherry.
Last Word
0.75 oz each: gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino, lime. Shake, up.
Oaxaca Old Fashioned
1.5 oz tequila, 0.5 oz mezcal, agave, mole bitters. Stir, orange peel.
Champagne Cocktail
Sugar cube, 2 dashes Angostura, top Champagne, lemon twist.
Pom Paloma
Pomegranate, grapefruit soda, lime, salt rim.

You buy the alcohol for us?
We place and pick up the order on your behalf — you still own it and keep the leftovers, which is what keeps the dry-hire savings intact.
Is glassware really included?
Yes. Real glass, polished, delivered and packed out. No plastic cups at a Concierge event.
Can you run more than one bar?
Yes — multiple stations, a cocktail hour bar plus a reception bar, or a dedicated tasting station. Tell us the layout and we'll staff it.
