The Provision
The house signature, designed per event. A copper-hued bourbon sour with honey, lemon, and a whisper of smoked bitters.
Paper Plane
0.75 oz each: bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, lemon. Shake, up.
Bee's Knees
2 oz gin, 0.75 oz honey syrup, 0.75 oz lemon. Shake, up.
Spicy Margarita
2 oz tequila, 1 oz lime, 0.75 oz agave, 2 jalapeno slices muddled. Tajin rim.
French 75
1 oz gin, 0.5 oz lemon, 0.5 oz simple, top Champagne. Flute, twist.
Cucumber Cooler
Cucumber, lime, mint, soda, splash simple. Crisp.
